Islamabad:
The Registrar’s Office of the Islamabad High Court has objected to the petitions of Imran Khan and Bashari Bibi against the conviction in 190 million pounds reference.
The Registrar’s Office imposed the objections and returned the appeals and removed the objections and directed to re -file the appeals.
The Registrar’s Office has objected that the certificate is not connected with the appeals, this case is not pending in any other court so the certificate should be applied while some pages were not signed.
After removing the objection, appeals will be re -filed.
Founder PTI and Bashari Bibi filed appeals against the sentence, requesting that the sentence be declared invalid until the final decision was made on the appeals.

It may be recalled that on January 17, the accountability court sentenced Imran Khan to 14 and Bashari Bibi to seven years in prison, declaring the 190 million pounds case.
Bashari Bibi was arrested from a courtroom after the court had reserved the verdict for 30 days.

The accountability court also sentenced PTI Imran Khan to a fine of Rs 1 lakh in the 190 million pounds case and sentenced him to six months imprisonment if he did not pay a fine.
Similarly, the court ruled that Bashari Bibi was accused of assisting in the crime. He was also sentenced to Rs 5 lakh and will be fined Rs 5 lakh and will be sentenced to three more months if he does not pay a fine.
