While the tourism industry was hit hard by the pandemic, it also saw some positive developments. The industry has recovered well from the impact and is back to pre-Covid levels, with some aspects even better, according to President of TAAI, Jyoti Mayal. Going forward, 2024 needs restructuring of tourism through effective marketing and promotions of travel and tourism companies as well as aggressive social media campaigns, shared Mayal.
