PTI leadership and lawyers left the workers helpless during the hearing of 26 cases filed against PTI workers in District and Sessions Courts Islamabad.
According to the report, no lawyer appeared in the workers’ cases from the PTI.
Judicial Magistrate Ahmed Shehzad Gondal heard the case. The court said that if a lawyer appears, it is not prosecuted.
In the protest case number 976, the Kafat -ul -Allah Advocate State Council was appointed, the State Council completed the proceedings on six witnesses of the prosecution.
At the next hearing of the case, the investigating officer and assistant commissioner will be questioned.
Special Public Prosecutor Mohammad Usman Rana represented the government and took the stand that the accused had also been recovered and the accused Usman Ali was properly identified. The accused’s request should be dismissed.
The court dismissed the petition of the accused Usman Ali, declaring the petition.
The court said that the accused should issue any case on the next date, the court adjourned the hearing till June 2.
Two cases have been registered against PTI workers in Ramna, both cases against PTI workers are registered under the Peace Phil Assembly and Public Order Act.
