5 killed in Delhi`s Bhajanpura for Rs 30,000, value of 1 life Rs 6,000


New Delhi: In Delhi’s Bhajanpura homicide case, a person was arrested for allegedly killing 5 members of a household for merely Rs 30,000. The value of 1 life thus stands at Rs 6,000 on this ghastly homicide case. The accused has been recognized as Prabhu Mishra and is a relative of the household.

The victims have been recognized as Shambhu Chaudhary (43), Sunita (37), Shivam (17), Sachin (14) and Komal (12). The police acquired info at 11.16 am from neighbours, who complained of a foul scent emanating from the home.

Police arrested Shambhu’s maternal uncle Prabhu Mishra on Thursday for the crime. Prabhu dedicated the ugly crime as he was unable to return Rs 30,000 that he had borrowed from Shambhu who had been placing strain on him to pay again the quantity. 

Both had quarreled over the cash on a number of events as Sambhu was demanding that Prabhu ought to return the cash on the earliest.

Initially, police arrested Prabhu on the idea of suspicion, however he broke down throughout interrogation and confessed his crime.

The Bhajanpura Police discovered no traces of loot in the home, and this has aroused a suspicion that the victims have been murdered. 

The decomposed our bodies of the e-rickshaw driver, his spouse, and three kids have been discovered inside their home beneath mysterious circumstances on Wednesday morning. The police broke open the door of the home and located the 5 decomposed our bodies. 

“The house was also not ransacked. We are investigating the matter and are going to file a case under section 302 (murder) as the matter is very sensitive,” Surya informed reporters. No word has been recovered from the spot,” stated Ved Prakash Surya, Deputy Commissioner of Police (Northeast).

Shambhu Chaudhary was incomes his livelihood by driving an e-rickshaw in Bhajanpura. He had put as a tenant on the rented home for the previous 5 months. He hailed from Supaul district in Bihar.
