Those whose permits have expired include 7,66,000 foreign students.

Due to which the challenges of the foreigners living there have increased, which has had the biggest impact on the people of the Indian community. The Canadian minister told a parliamentary committee that immigration officials hope that people will leave Canada of their own free will after the permits expire. However, after such a large number of temporary permits expire, it is feared that the government may forcibly send people back to their country.

Some people may get relief

However, not all temporary migrants will need to go. Immigration Department Minister Mark Miller said some of them will receive permit renewals or postgraduate work permits. These permits allow foreign students with a Canadian diploma or degree to apply for permanent residence. Which are given for 9 months.

People of Indian community will be affected the most

The new rules implemented by Prime Minister Justin Trudeau for immigrants in Canada will have the biggest impact on the people of the Indian community living there. Because the Indian community is the most prominent among the migrant groups living in Canada.
