A group of 89 Pakistani pilgrims left for Ajmer Sharif in India while 84 Hindu pilgrims from India arrived in Pakistan to participate in the birth anniversary celebrations of Swami Shadaram.

According to the Tribune, a group of 89 Pakistani pilgrims entered India through the Wagah border crossing in Lahore on Sunday to attend the Urs celebrations of Hazrat Khawaja Moinuddin Chishti Ajmeri, the saint of the Indian subcontinent.

According to the Tribune, a total of 500 Pakistanis had applied for visas to attend the Sufi saint’s 813th birth anniversary, but the Indian consulate in Islamabad had issued one-week visas to only 102 applicants, thirteen of the applicants. Visas were delayed and could not go to India due to bad weather. Talking to The Express Tribune, some of the pilgrims thanked Allah for this opportunity.

According to Times of India, 84 Hindu pilgrims from India reached Pakistan via Wagah border to participate in the 316th birth anniversary celebrations of Swami Shada Ram. will be held.
