A case of terrorism has been registered in Bagan Bazar of Karam district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in which 30 people have been named.

According to Express News, a case has been registered in Police Station CTD Peshawar under the provisions of Terrorism in the incident of firing on Deputy Commissioner and Convoy in Bagan Bazar area of ​​Karam yesterday.

In the text of the FIR, it is written that 25 to 30 terrorists attacked the convoy as a result of which 7 people including Deputy Commissioner Karam were injured. Including police and FC officials.

Provisions of attempted murder and terrorism have been added to the case. A case of attack on DC convoy was registered in the complaint of Additional SHO.

It should be noted that a day ago, the protestors staged a dharna before the convoy carrying aid and food in Bagan Bazar.

As a result of the firing, the Deputy Commissioner was injured by three bullets while the police personnel and FC jawans who were present with him were also injured.

The Deputy Commissioner and other injured were shifted to Ali Zai Hospital for first aid, after which all have been shifted to CMH Peshawar for further treatment.

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has decided to take strict action against the suspects involved in the attack with the support of tribal elders and local residents, while the administration has imposed Section 144 for two months.
