New Delhi: India’s famous airline Air India has once again become the news, when all the cabin crew fell asleep at the long flight from Delhi to Chicago. This surprising incident put the passengers in serious trouble.
According to foreign media reports, during the 12,000 km long and 18 hours of air travel, the passengers started searching for the staff when they did not receive any service. Surprisingly the whole cabin was found to be in the crew business class.
Sources say such incidents are becoming normal after Air India’s private ownership transfer. According to aviation officials, Air India deliberately vacates some business class seats so that staff can rest, but this time all staff is a serious violation of safety principles.
It should be noted that Air India has recently been privatized, and since then the complaints of service reduction and mismanagement have been increasing.
