Donald Trump’s recent health update has become the latest fuel for a long-running internet meme linking Trisha Paytas’ pregnancies to the deaths—or near-deaths—of major world figures.
After being diagnosed with chronic venous insufficiency (CVI), Trump’s condition prompted satirical posts suggesting he might be next in the now-viral “Trisha timeline.”
Paytas, currently pregnant with her third child, became a meme subject in 2022 when Queen Elizabeth II died the day her baby was born.
The pattern re-emerged in April 2025 after Pope Francis passed away, just as Paytas confirmed another pregnancy. Theories, though clearly comedic in nature, have since resurfaced with Trump’s health in the spotlight.
