The Anti -Terrorism Court has issued a safe verdict on Alima Khan’s request to go abroad.
Founder Chairman PTI Imran Khan’s sister, Alima Khan, was exempted from attending the cases and the request for going abroad was heard by Anti -Terrorism Court Judge Amjad Ali Shah.
During the hearing, Alima Khan, his lawyers, Faisal Malik and Ali Bukhari gave arguments while Prosecutor Zaheer Shah requested the request to allow the request to go abroad, giving arguments in opposition to the petition.
The prosecutor had taken a stand in the court that the fundraising was underway, Ulema Khan has no role in it, so the petition should be rejected.
The court had reserved its verdict after hearing the arguments, which was later issued, in which the Anti -Terrorism Court dismissed the exemption from Alima Khan’s presence and dismissed the request to go abroad.
It is to be remembered that Alima Khan had filed a petition in the court to allow Namal University and Shaukat Khanum Hospital to go abroad to attend the fundraising celebrations, in which it was held that Alima Khan was his chief guest, allowing him to go to the UK for a short term.

Talking to the media after the hearing, Alima Khan said that for the past week, the courts have been circling the courts to go abroad. Why are you afraid of me not letting me travel?
He said that my traveling was being compared to Ian Ali Money Launder, Khawaja Asif’s scandal and Ramadan Sugar Mills. Our lawyers were saying that despite these mega scandals, the accused was granted bail. I am accused of conveying the founder’s message to the workers. Due to messaging, I have made cases.
Alima Khan said that the founder PTI did not tell us about the briefing in Adiala Jail. We are in a cheerful mood with everyone, we do not waste our time on these things. Of course we are hereditary and stand for our brother. No one can stop us.
He said the children stand because they are hereditary. The founder PTI is not alone, the family stands with them. We will keep them out. We don’t matter who is saying. We have to protect our brother, this is our duty, we will fulfill it. We stand with the brother in this war, jihad.
