Writing for the America First Policy Institute, retired Keith Kellogg detailed his war-related peace plan, in which he hopes to stop the Russia-Ukraine war. Kellogg said, ‘Ukraine’s NATO membership is actually a very distant possibility. In such a situation, it should be stopped indefinitely in exchange for a comprehensive peace agreement with security guarantees.
He further said, ‘A lot of Russian President Putin’s displeasure is due to Ukraine joining NATO. ,
