Bollywood’s leading actor Anil Kapoor and filmmaker Boney Kapoor’s mother Nirmala Kapoor passed away at the age of 90 after a brief illness.
Narmala, considered the pillar of the Kapoor family, was undergoing treatment at the Kolabin Dhiro Bhai Ambani Hospital in Mumbai for a few days.
Where his death has been confirmed today, but no statement has been issued by the family yet.
Nirmala Kapoor’s husband Surinder Kapoor was a film producer whom Raj Kapoor brought to the film industry.
After the death of Surinder Kapoor in 2011, Nirmala Kapoor kept the family and gave the film industry actors like Boney Kapoor, filmmaker, Anil Kapoor and Sanjay Kapoor.
Sorinder Kapoor prepared the children of Sonam Kapoor, Jhanvi Kapoor, Arjun Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor for the film industry.
In September 2024 last year, Nirmala Kapoor’s 90th birthday was celebrated by Dhoom Dham.
