Sub-Inspector Soheb Ali Pasha of Islamabad Police, who was arrested in the case of alleged rape and abduction of minor children, was handed over to the police on physical remand for another 2 days.
The case of alleged rape and kidnapping of young children was heard in the District and Sessions Court Islamabad, the arrested Sub-Inspector of Islamabad Police Soheb Ali Pasha was produced in the court.
On completion of 3-day physical remand, the accused was produced in the court by FIA, the accused was produced in the court of Judicial Magistrate Police Station FIA Ahmed Shahzad Gondal.
The FIA requested the physical remand of the accused for another 05 days, the investigating officer said that the accused had revealed that the minor children were detained during the investigation, the accused said that the children were kept in illegal detention but the police station Kept inside, further investigation is yet to be done, so physical remand should be given for 5 days.
The court approved the physical remand of the accused for 02 days.
A case has been registered against the accused in the FIA under the Torture and Custodial Act and other provisions of the Pakistan Penal Code.
