Constitution Bench head Justice Aminuddin Khan and member Justice Jamal Mandukhel excused themselves from hearing the hearing of the Lahore High Court appointment case, while accepting the request of the Attorney General to take instructions from the government in the Audiolex Commission case.

A 6-member bench headed by Justice Aminuddin Khan heard various cases in the Supreme Court. During the hearing of the Audiolex Commission case, Additional Attorney General Aamir Rehman requested to postpone the hearing and said that due to the recent law and order situation, the matter could not be presented in the cabinet, now it will be presented in the next meeting and the decision will be informed. .

The bench dismissed the petition for equal facilities to the inmates in the jails as inadmissible.

The Supreme Court issued notices to the Attorney General on the petition against the government contracts with the electricity company. Justice Jamal Mandukhel asked whether we can terminate the contracts? Justice Musrat Hilali said that it is a case of public interest and we can intervene. Adjourned the hearing indefinitely.
