Actually, during a conversation with Friday Talkies, Apoorva Lakhia has revealed the entire incident. He told that this story is from the 2005 film stranger. The film was to be shot in Bangkok at 5:30 am. Despite the outing, Big B arrived at time but Arjun was missing. Apoorva said, “We were ready to shoot the scene where Amit ji and Arjun’s characters meet for the first time.

Amit ji and I reached the set on time and everything was ready there. He had only one demand to let him sleep for two and a half hours in the afternoon. He had already informed us, so we planned other shots for that decoration. But Arjun did not come, “he remembered that Amitabh Bachchan had his own way of dealing with delay, a way that Arjun might not have thought.”

Apoorva Lakhia said that Arjun Rampal arrived with a delay of 2-3 hours when we sent someone to the hotel to call him. Apoorva said, “We somehow completed the scene and then Big B went to sleep.
