Army chopper makes emergency touchdown in Punjab`s Ropar, all crew secure


ROPAR: An Indian Army helicopter made a precautionary touchdown in Ropar district on Punjab on Thursday (February 13, 2020).

According to experiences, the Chetak helicopter of the Indian Army made the precautionary touchdown after receiving warning of a potential technical snag in controls.

The chopper had taken off from Patiala and needed to land in Ropar following the warning.

All the crew members within the chopper have been reported to be fully secure.

Meanwhile, one other Army chopper was rushed to the touchdown website.
