FIA Anti -Corruption Circle Islamabad arrested three accused of selling counterfeit and non -standard drugs.
According to the FIA, the arrested suspects include Mohammad Hassan, Khair Mohammad and Zahidullah. The suspects were arrested for pre -arrest bail. The bail of the accused was canceled by the Drug Court Islamabad.
The accused used to supply fake drugs from DI Khan to Lahore and other cities. A case was registered against the accused in 2024. Last year, the accused’s colleague, Mohammad Zaman, was arrested along with a vehicle full of fake drugs near the Motorway Toll Plaza. More than 50,000 fake, unregistered and prohibited bullets were recovered from the accused’s vehicle. An investigation has been launched by the arrested suspects.
