Attackers set fire to a Jewish synagogue in Australia by throwing inflammable substances.
According to the World News Agency, the fire at the synagogue in Melbourne, Australia was so terrible that dozens of firefighters and trucks were barely able to control it.
A part of the Jewish synagogue was completely burnt down in the fire. Police and rescue teams evacuated the citizens trapped in the synagogue.
Five people were injured due to burns and were shifted to the hospital. The condition of one injured is said to be critical. More than a dozen people died due to smoke.
In the CCTV footage, it can be seen that two masked assailants threw inflammable substance and set fire to it and escaped.
Melbourne police launched a search for the two suspected attackers but have so far been unsuccessful.
No group has yet claimed responsibility for the attack.
Remember that this synagogue was built by the Jews who survived the Holocaust in 1960, which also has historical significance.
