Protest in Bangladesh : There has been a ruckus once again in Bangladesh. Due to the train strike, there has been a disaster in the country. Thousands of students have sat in front of trains and are not allowing trains to run. Due to this, a large number of people are facing trouble. The ruckus of the students is so much and effective that the interim government led by Mohammad Yunus of Bangladesh has deployed 4 army troops in Dhaka Mohakhali area. Despite this, students are not taking the name of withdrawing from the rail track.
Students of Titumir College in Dhaka have blocked the railway track. They are demanding to give university status to the college. The students started their protests on Monday (3 February) at around 4:15 pm. Train services on Dhaka-Tongi-Dhaka section have been suspended due to the blockade of students. At present, no train is released on this route. Apart from this, the drivers of many trains do not want to run trains due to the opposition of the students, because they are afraid of attack.
Students’s hooks- movement will be faster
The officer in charge of the railway police station said, “The situation is not good at this time. In view of the ruckus, all the trains have been stopped everywhere. The students have announced that their protests will continue till their demands are met. Apart from this, the students have warned that if their demands are not met then their protests may intensify.
Ali Ahmed, who is leading the student protesters, said, “We will continue our siege until Mohammad Yunus or Education Advisory meets the university’s demand.” He said, “We apologize for trouble with the public, but the government has forced us to do so.”
