Additional District and Sessions Judge South reserved the judgment on Atif Khan’s request for bail and actress Nadia Hussain’s interim bail in a bank fraud case of Rs 53 crore.
Additional District and Sessions Judge South heard the Rs 53 crore bank fraud case where actresses Nadia Hussain, Faisal and Imtiaz appeared in the court and the three accused are on interim bail.
The court reserved the verdict on the request of Nadia Hussain’s husband Atif Khan’s request for bail and actress Nadia Hussain’s interim bail and the court remarked that the petitions of the two accused would be heard soon.
The accused Imtiaz’s lawyer said in his arguments during the hearing that the case was made on a malicious basis.
He said that Imtiaz also made emails and provided all the records, but the court adjourned the hearing of the bail plea of the accused Faisal and Imtiaz.
