Big of Commerce Ministry: Indian products will not pass through Pakistan’s land, air or sea route

The Ministry of Commerce said that Indian products would not pass through Pakistan’s land, air or sea route, SRO was issued under the Import Export Act 1950.

According to the report, the delivery of Indian -made products from Pakistani boundaries in view of national security and public interest was banned.

According to the report, Pakistan has banned imports from Pakistan through the third countries of the goods manufactured in India through sea, land or air routes, which will ban the imports passing through Pakistan through sea, land or air through Pakistan.

Orders will not apply to these Indian imports/exports, for which the Bill of Leading (B/L) or the letter of Credit (L/C) has been issued before May 4.

Pakistan closed its ground air and maritime boundaries for Indian imports and exports, from a third country to Indian import and export products will be banned from passing through Pakistani air, marine or ground boundaries.
