Burkina Faso:
An attack on a military check post in the northern province of Lorom, an African country of Burkina Faso, killed 60 personnel, which has been claimed by an al -Qaeda -linked group.
According to a news agency report, Burkina Faso’s intelligence group said that al -Qaeda -linked group JNIM had claimed responsibility for the attack on a military post in Lorome province.
The US agency, which monitors terrorist incidents in the region, said the group had posted messages in this regard, in which it was taking responsibility for the incidents in Burkina Faso and Mali.
The Burkina Faso government has not responded to the recent attacks.
The report said that in a video message, the terrorist group asked the citizens of Di Jabibo area of northern Burkina Faso to leave the area to protect themselves, while in other areas, the same group has been attacked.
Security forces said a military base in Djibu was attacked early Sunday morning, and a police station and market have also been targeted.
