Peshawar:
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan’s wife Bushra Bibi has been granted bail till December 23 by the Peshawar High Court.
Justice Waqar Ahmad of Peshawar High Court heard the petitions of PTI founder Bushra Bibi’s wife for bail and was represented by lawyer Alam Khan Adenzai Advocate.
Alam Adenzai Advocate said that Bushra Bibi has filed anticipatory bail applications in 27 cases as various cases have been registered against her.
The Additional Attorney General told the court to compel them to appear in the court there.
Justice Waqar Ahmed said that we give them transitory bail so that they appear in the respective courts and they appear there.
Bushra Bibi’s counsel pleaded for a little more time as more than 50 cases were to be heard, to which the judge said he could not give more time as winter vacation was coming up.
The court later granted him bail till December 23.
