Karachi:
ICC delegation reached Karachi on Pakistan tour, delegation will visit National Stadium and review arrangements regarding Champions Trophy.
The delegation will review the construction work in detail while the members of the delegation will also inspect the various parts of the under-construction five-storey building.
The opening ceremony of the Champions Trophy is scheduled on February 19 at the National Stadium. The first match of the event is to be played between Pakistan and New Zealand on the same day while the National Stadium will host three matches of the trophy.
Two matches of the Trilateral One Day International Series are scheduled before the trophy, the match between Pakistan and South Africa on February 12 and the final on February 14.
It is noteworthy that the first visit under the ICC was made by security chief David Musker. During the second visit to Pakistan, Senior Manager Event Operations Sara Edgar and Manager Aoun Zaidi reviewed the arrangements while the third visit was conducted by Manager Aoun Zaidi and Broadcasting Supervisor Mansoor Munch.
