Lahore:
Chief Minister Punjab Nawaz Sharif has directed to reduce the bread prices when flour in the province is cheaper.
Maryam Nawaz has ordered immediate steps to set the bread prices and reduce the bread rate to the Price Control Department at the new rate of flour.
Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has also directed strict monitoring of the prices of chicken, vegetables and pulses.
Maryam Nawaz said that the poor child used to eat cheap chicken one day a week, if the chicken was expensive, the poor would not be able to eat a day a week and I would not tolerate it.
The Chief Minister said that bread prices will be brought to the lowest level in history, the benefit of the reduction in flour prices should directly reach the poor people. A new rate of bread will be set in proportion to a reduction in flour prices.
