According to the details, on August 23, 2017, during the heavy rains in Karachi Model Colony, an eight-year-old innocent child, Izhan, was killed by a pool with current. Izhan’s father Khaliquddin Siddiqui had filed two cases in the local court of Karachi, in the 2018 case, on Tuesday, December 24, after 6 years, the young child got justice. It is forbidden to do.
In the judgment given by Judge Anbrin Jamal, K Electric has been ordered to pay a compensation of Rs. 48 lakh 19 thousand to the family members. , on which a claim for damages was filed against K Electric.
Izhan’s father, Khaliquddin Siddiqui, who lives in Gulshan Usman, while talking to Express at his home, said that he had been living in Dubai for 21 years, his children’s education was also there. While living in a joint family, the children were fond of celebrating Eid in Pakistan. Goats came specially to celebrate Eid.
He said that in the heavy rains of August, Izhan got electrocuted from the pool, almost ten days before Eid, my child passed away. He went to Dubai a few days before the accident, two cases were filed for this incident, what about the compensation in 2018 which was won, almost seven and a half years have passed since the incident.
Father said I am very happy that the judiciary has done justice, I want this declaration to be given to me in written form, father Khaliquddin said having two daughters and one son, Izhan was second, despite about 44 compliance of the poll. Khaliquddin said that for a year and a half I took care of my other children as my wife was in severe shock. Izhan was a brilliant student, he never failed. Father got overwhelmed remembering Izhan’s last words, father cried and said, Izhan said for the last time when I went to Dubai, “Dad, don’t leave me, you hid me in a suitcase. If I had known that he would be martyred, I would have taken him with me, but I didn’t understand that I can forget it only after I die.”
Khaliquddin Siddiqui said that my wife needed me the most, but I was not with her at that time, she was suffering from depression for one and a half years, then I used to take care of the children, because of whose support I have the hope of living today. .
Izhan’s elder brother Daniyal Siddiqui also reminisced and said that Izhan was very fond of animals, that’s why they came to celebrate the special Eid. After the heavy rains of August, now it never rains, mother does not let him go outside.
