The recent case of a citizen in the Chinese city of Hainan was surprised by doctors who suffered a pneumothurax (lung malfunction) after 20 push -ups.
An unidentified citizen told doctors that he decided to fit himself as part of a New Year’s resolution.
He said that last month he began to jump on push -ups and ropes to lose weight, but he started to feel bad only after two sets push ups and ropes.
He stopped and became obsessed with his daily routine. But when he woke up the next day, he had severe chest pain and difficulty breathing.
He went to the hospital where doctors diagnosed the pneumothorax. This is a condition in which the air is trapped between the chest and the lungs.
