Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhel has remarked during the hearing of the case related to the invalid of the civilian trial in the military courts in the Supreme Court.
A seven -member constitutional bench headed by Justice Aminuddin heard, Justice Jamal Mandokhel, Justice Masrat Hilali and Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar are in the bench, besides Justice Hassan Azhar Rizvi, Justice Naeem Akhtar Afghan and Justice Shahid Bilal are also part of the bench.
Attorney Jizal Mansoor Awan appeared in the court and took the stand that the Additional Attorney General found out that the court had summoned me, when the court martial trial is done, it has the full procedure, how the military trial is with the court.

Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhel said that the basic rights are available in the constitution, it is a problem before us. The Attorney General said that when the matter came to the full court, it also came after the 18th Amendment.
Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhel remarked that they have three options, whether or not they have the right to appeal or not, Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar said that our focus was not on appeal at that time, if anyone gives anyone the right to trial.
Justice Musarrat Hilali said that if a judge goes on leave, the sky is lifted to the head that the trial is being delayed.
Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhel remarked that the company itself is a complainant. How can he hear the case, do the federal and provinces not trust their institution?
The Attorney General took the stand that you are also part of the judicial system, we are also, we have to fix this system together.
Justice Aminuddin Khan said that if Khwaja Sahib’s arguments were completed today, he would listen to you tomorrow. Justice Hassan Azhar Rizvi said that Khawaja Sahib was hoping for tomorrow.
