A constitutional bench of the Supreme Court withdrew the orders of Justice Mansoor Ali Shah January 13 and 16.
The constitutional bench adjourned the hearing indefinitely, issuing an order to connect the Nazar Abbas contempt of court case with the customs duty case.
According to Express News, a customs duty case was heard before a seven -member constitutional bench headed by Justice Aminuddin Khan, in which the Attorney General said that the government has decided to challenge the decision of Justice Mansoor Ali Shah’s contempt of court case.
The Attorney General said that the last day’s contempt of court would file an appeal. Justice Mansoor Ali Shah’s January 13 and 16 orders have been reviewed.

Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar remarked that the case should be considered to be heard without giving the notice of Rule 27A to the Attorney General.
Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhel said, “Did we issue a contempt of court notice to the regular bench?” But we just heard the case.
Justice Naeem Akhtar Afghan said that yesterday’s decision said the case should be fixed for hearing before the same bench. False or right but judicial order, can we hear the case here?
The Attorney General said that we are going to challenge the decree of the 2 -member bench of January 13 and January 16 under Article 191 of Article 191.
Barrister Salahuddin said that we also have confidence in the decisions of the judges committees, and also confidence in the judicial order. Judges committees and a two -member bench judges should not sit in the review bench. To which Justice Aminuddin Khan said that it would be a matter of time when the review would come.

During the hearing, the constitutional bench withdrew the orders of Justice Mansoor Ali Shah January 13 and 16. Justice Mansoor Ali Shah issued notices on January 13 regarding the interpretation of Article 191A.
Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar and Barrister Salahuddin bitter
During the hearing, bitter sentences were exchanged between Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar and Barrister Salahuddin. Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar said, “I am getting an impression that you are not serious here, to which Barrister Salahuddin replied that if you raise questions about my reputation, I will give a strong answer.”
Justice Aminuddin Khan said that the matter was going somewhere else, not let it go. Barrister Salahuddin said that Justice Jamal said that we are not moving the case here yet. Either you have to run a case on merit, then I argue here.
Justice Jamal Mandokhel remarked that no file is now closed, we are seeking help from you to understand ourselves. To which Barrister Salahuddin replied that if the file was closed then you should ask questions on assumptions, I would answer the assumptions.

Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhel remarked during the hearing that no one loved the freedom of the judiciary than me. Suppose all judges are nominated by the Judicial Commission tomorrow, will the objection to the 26th Amendment will be abolished?
Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar said that the decision of the two -member bench would make the judicial staff fearful in providing administrative support.

Justice Naeem Afghan while talking to lawyer Salahuddin said that by the order of a judicial bench of Justice Mansoor Ali Shah on January 13, it seems that you are responsible.
