David Bowie‘s legacy is living on via his ardour for music and household.
The music legend’s daughter Alexandria “Lexi” Jones, 22, reminisced about her father with a candy throwback video she shared Friday of herself as a baby, sitting in Bowie’s lap and singing “Somewhere Over the Rainbow” collectively.
“My Wizard of Oz,” she captioned the video, which she recorded from her cellphone because it performed on her laptop computer. Lexi might be heard laughing within the background as she rewatched the duo belting out the lyrics to Judy Garland‘s traditional tune from 1939’s The Wizard of Oz.
Iman beforehand revealed to PEOPLE what she advised Lexi when requested if she’d ever marry once more: “I said ‘No, I will not.’ I still feel married. Someone a few years ago referred to David as my late husband and I said, ‘No, he’s not my late husband. He’s my husband.’
“I undoubtedly really feel his presence, particularly once I look out over the wonderful sunsets at our home as a result of David loves sunsets. So in that means he’s ever current,” Iman said, adding: “Through my reminiscence, my love lives.”

“Today marks 5 years since dad died. We are all a bit unhappy, coping individually in our personal methods. But it is each exceptional & pleasant that dad remains to be so clearly cherished by so many,” he wrote on Twitter. “Yes, he is missed… however with a lot of ‘him’ within the work he made, he is clearly nonetheless right here.”
