4 judges of the Islamabad High Court have decided to challenge the 27th Amendment in the Supreme Court.
The amendment will be challenged by four judges including Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani, a draft has been prepared and sent to the Supreme Court to challenge the amendment.
The 27th Amendment issue will be challenged in the Supreme Court today, Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani, Justice Babar Sattar are among the petitioners.
Apart from them, Justice Thaman Rifat Imtiaz and Justice Sardar Ejaz Ishaq Khan are also among the challenged judges.
