Accountability Court Judge Nasir Javed Rana has said that today I have the decision of the case prepared and signed.
The 190 million pounds case was heard in Adiala Jail, in which the accused founder PTI and Bushra Bibi did not appear in the court and the court has postponed the decision for the third time today.
Before the hearing, Accountability Court Judge Nasir Javed Rana reached Adiala Jail while NAB Prosecutor Chaudhry Nazar, members of NAB legal team Irfan Ahmed, Sohail Arif and Owais Arshad, staff of Accountability Court Islamabad and lawyers of founder chairman PTI Imran Khan. Salman Akram Raja Advocate and others also reached the jail.
In the hearing held in Adiala Jail, the sisters of PTI founder Aleema Khan and Uzma Khan also reached the court. On which the court adjourned the decision of the case which will now be heard on January 17.
Accountability Court Judge Nasir Javed Rana remarked that I had come at 8:30 in the morning. He was on training on January 6. The verdict was not announced. He said that today the decision is ready and destroyed with me.
The judge said that the founder sent a message to PTI twice but he did not come to the court. Bushra Bibi also did not come to the court. I reached the jail exactly at 8:30. Now it is half past 10, the accused and their lawyers are not present. Postponing the verdict, which will now be delivered on January 17.
Later, Imran Khan’s wife Bushra Bibi Adiala reached the jail, but she left without going inside.
