Erica Mena and Safaree Samuels are facing tension this holiday season after a dispute over their children.
The former couple exchanged heated words after Safaree accused Erica of blocking him from contacting their daughter via her iPad.
In a now-deleted Instagram post, Safaree shared a screenshot of multiple undelivered messages, captioning it: “I’m trying to reach my daughter’s iPad so I can pick them up for Xmas but I’m blocked. I didn’t know 4-year-olds know how to block people.” He added sarcastically, “It’s hard being a deadbeat … but I’m sure after this I’ll somehow magically get unblocked.”
Erica quickly responded with her own now-deleted post, showing that the iPad was dead and calling Safaree a “deadbeat father.” She claimed he hadn’t visited their children in months and implied that his interest in seeing them was only for a holiday photo opportunity.
Erica and Safaree, who were married in 2019 and have two children, split in 2022. Their divorce proceedings included a request for joint custody and child support. Meanwhile, Erica also recently apologized to Nicki Minaj for past behavior influenced by her ex-husband.
