KARACHI: Ex-chief minister of Sindh and PML-N chief, Syed Ghous Ali Shah, together with former minister of state for water and energy Syed Zafar Ali Shah, and Barrister Murtaza Mahesar Monday proclaimed becoming a member of the PTI.
