Islamabad:
The decision on the bail application of Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi in the fake receipt case was postponed.
District and Sessions Court Islamabad could not decide on the bail application against founder PTI Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi in the case of fake receipt filed in Kohsar police station due to the leave of Additional Sessions Judge Muhammad Afzal Majuka.
On the last hearing, the court had reserved the decision while the bails of the founder PTI’s other cases were to be discussed. On behalf of Bushra Bibi, her lawyers filed a request for exemption from attendance before the duty judge.
The decision on the bail application of PTI founder Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi will be pronounced on December 17.
