Reports claim that senior officials of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) are unhappy with the performance of the national team and may withdraw for rest in the series against New Zealand.

After the Champions Trophy, the next assignment of the national team is the Whiteball Series in New Zealand, where the national team is to play a series of 5 T20 and 3 ODIs, which is scheduled from March 16 to April 5.
