The rule of law recognizes every civilized society. British Minister of Railways, Lord Peter Handy, was busy at a charity ceremony in London to talk to someone on mobile.
A citizen watching the process reported the matter to the police. When the question was made, Lord Peter confessed to listening to the driving mobile without driving his left and without threatening his position, which was a violation of the law.
They were fined and six points were also applied to the driving license.
