Muhammad Khan Bhatti, Principal Secretary of former Chief Minister of Punjab, was released after being granted bail by the Anti-Corruption Court.
Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi’s Principal Secretary Muhammad Khan Bhatti was released from the Services Hospital after receiving bail from the court.
Earlier, Judge Muhammad Faisal Ahmed of Anti-Corruption Court Lahore had heard a new case of fake recruitment against former Secretary Punjab Assembly Muhammad Khan Bhatti and others and granted bail to Muhammad Khan Bhatti in this new case.
The court had granted bail against two sureties of Rs 5.5 lakh each.
Anti-corruption court judge Muhammad Faisal Ahmed had granted bail to Muhammad Khan Bhatti while rejecting the plea of prosecution.
The public prosecutor had taken the stand that the accused had recruited people of their choice by forgery as opposed to merit.
