
Former media coordinator of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) in Punjab, Javed Badar, has issued an open letter apologizing for past accusations and criticism of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz Sharif.
In his letter, Javed Badr expressed remorse for his actions and admitted that he had made unjustified accusations and caused harm to Nawaz Sharif.
He asked for forgiveness and asked Nawaz Sharif to consider his action as his lack of intelligence and immaturity. He also emphasized that the letter was written voluntarily out of conscience and fear of accountability in the hereafter rather than any external pressure or personal gain.
In his open letter, Javed Badar also confessed to the PTI leadership’s involvement in spreading political poison and wrote that they have played a role in misleading the youth and spreading division in the society. He also apologized to the parents of those who went astray and to the entire nation.
The former media coordinator of PTI further said that false cases were made against Nawaz Sharif, he was also imprisoned unjustly.
Javed Badar revealed that he distanced himself from PTI after Usman Buzdar was made Chief Minister and Bushra Bibi was suspended for alleged corruption. He accused the PTI government of emptying the national exchequer, damaging international relations and fomenting hostility against the army.
Javed praised the efforts of Nawaz Sharif and his team for the stability of Pakistan and acknowledged their important contribution. He wished that if he gets a chance to meet Nawaz Sharif, he will confess his mistakes in person.
