Four human smugglers, including an accused involved in sending citizens to Europe via sea, were arrested.
According to the spokesman, the FIA Gujranwala Zone arrested 4 agents, including the accused involved in sending cities to Europe via the sea, identified as Mohammad Idrees, Omar Farooq, Mirza Naeem Baig and Allah Dutta.
The suspects were arrested from various areas of Gujranwala and Gujarat, who continued to loot crores of rupees by trying to send citizens abroad.
According to the spokesman, the accused Naeem Baig settled the case of sending Rs 73 lakh from the citizen, but the accused sent the citizen to Libya instead of Italy and tried to send it illegally to Europe.
The citizen refused to go to Europe by boat and returned. The accused Idrees and Omar Farooq took over more than Rs 1 crore 31 million by giving citizens a job in Europe and other countries.
The accused Allah Dutta also collected millions of rupees against the citizens who distorted a foreigner.
The accused failed to send the citizens abroad and hid by receiving money, which has been arrested and investigations have been launched. Raid operations are being conducted to arrest other associates along with the accused.
