France warns Iran towards making nuclear talks a ‘sham’

France warned Iran on Friday towards staging “sham” talks when world powers resume negotiations on the landmark nuclear deal in Vienna later this month. 

France, Iran and the opposite signatories to the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action, or JCPOA, are set to renew negotiations over the landmark nuclear accord within the Austrian capital on Nov. 29. They’re the primary such talks for the reason that election of hardline Iranian president Ebrahim Raisi in June. 

Foreign Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian instructed Le Monde that France wanted to find out whether or not the talks would decide up the place they left off this summer season.
