In general, those who are aware of the politics of the PTI and the founding party will acknowledge that PTI has no good experience working with other political parties while other political parties. It is said that his experience of working with PTI is not good. Founder PTI is supportive of solo flight against coalition politics. He criticizes the PPP and the PML -N, the JUI and the Awami National Party.
The PTI is facing the politics of the PML -N and the PPP. The mountain is standing. In recent days, the government has had several rounds of dialogue between the PTI and the establishment but no results have come.
On this basis, a new thinking within the PTI has arisen that we should make progress towards a Grand Alliance with various other political parties. Although PTI has already led by Mahmood Khan Achakzai, Grand Alliance is made.
But it seems that it now has a new breadth. In particular, Maulana Fazlur Rehman’s JUI and Jamaat -e -Islami are also being finalized to make part of this Grand Alliance. Other nationalist leaders, including unity, can also be made part of the alliance.
PTI believes that if we move our politics forward in the presence of this Grand Alliance, we can increase our political pressure on the government and on the establishment with a stronger political pressure. As a result of this pressure we can get a lot of chance of getting political relief.
The question is, what will be the political agenda of the Grand Alliance and whether the political parties that will be part of it can agree on a common political agenda. Because the challenges that PTI have, they seek political relief immediately and They want their leaders, including other detainees, should be released. The second is a fair and transparent investigation of the February 8 elections or a demand for new elections. The third major demand is to create a judicial inquiry into the February 9 cases or a judicial commission.
It has arisen within the PTI that we should have a negative thinking about other political parties that they should have good opinion and now the PTI will also have to change their political attitude and revise their relations and those who drink. We have to work with TI to work together on the agenda.
The PTI is also feeling that if we talk about negotiations, it is considered our weakness that we have a political option or resistance. If PTI Maulana Fazlur Rehman and Jamaat -e -Islami If some regional parties from Balochistan also become part of these grand lines, it will certainly be a huge political blow to the government.
The meeting was held between PTI Chairman Barrister Gohar and Army Chief in the past. The meeting was confirmed from both sides, but according to security sources, the meeting was limited to security issues only and had no political agenda.
Now the question is also important in its place as to whether after only one meeting, the issue of dialogue between the PTI government and the establishment has ended and the matter has gone beyond negotiations. Because if the negotiation process has failed, it It means that PTI wants to play its political role on the basis of a large grand alliance rather than a solo flight. This refers to a new resistance politics.
The story of coalition politics or the Grand Alliance is not very good in Pakistan. In Grand Alliance politics, small political parties are used as a political tool for major political parties or parties. The game of making or destroying the government is more prominent than the rule. In this game, they take some steps beyond the constitution and the law that weakens the democratic process of the country or hurts it. For whenever there are political alliances in the politics of this country or talk of a Grand Alliance, the political pundits view it with suspicion.
If there is really a Grand Alliance and PTI has to play a role in it. The most important question of interest as a political student will be, what will be the biggest agenda of this Alliance and who will lead it or who C -parties will be part of this Alliance.
The problem should not only be a demand for the government’s elimination or new elections, but if some political forces want to play their role in the country by making a fair and transparent election system in this country the strengthening of the national democratic system, including the constitution and the rule of law. But we always keep this desire within ourselves and support political unions on this basis, but in practice the experience of these coalition politics has not proved to be a good omen for the experience of national politics. This game of conspiracies weakened instead of strengthening the democratic process.
