25-year-old Jacob Pina from Massachusetts, USA, has been viral on social media over the years due to his five-inch big thumb, which is why he successfully launched a YouTube channel and amassed millions of followers.
But while the thumb has made him famous on the Internet, it also makes it difficult for him to perform everyday tasks (including texting or using a smartphone).
At five inches, its right thumb is slightly smaller than the six-inch iPhone 16. According to Jacob, his left thumb is about the same length.
