A contempt of court case was heard in the Islamabad High Court for not allowing lawyer Mishal Yousafzai in the Adiala jail trial of PTI founder Imran Khan.
Justice Sardar Ejaz Ishaq Khan of Islamabad High Court heard the case, the Advocate General said that there are many lawyers in the anti-terrorism court trial, one might have been left.
Justice Sardar Ejaz Ishaq Khan said that your justification is wrong that someone can remain half a lawyer, when you are conducting a major trial of 119 accused, then lawyers will come. It was about to start.
The court said that you may recall that the personal application of the Superintendent Jail and Punjab Police Officer was not processed.

The lawyer said that the court had constituted a local commission, it was not working properly, it should be changed, they were not allowed to go inside the jail, when they called the commission, they did not answer.
Justice Sardar Ejaz Ishaq Khan remarked that he too must have received a call, now even if the commission is placed on the judge of the Supreme Court, there is no use. It will happen, now even the judge of the Supreme Court will not be able to fulfill that responsibility, I used to understand the SC Supreme Court, but this is the sector commander.
It is the sixth, seventh or eighth contempt of court request. What are you doing? Jail trial has been decided, they do not go into it, but this method is not correct.
The Islamabad High Court adjourned the hearing of the case till Friday next week and ordered the Adiala Jail authorities to submit a written reply.
