District and Sessions Courts Islamabad heard the controversial tweet case against Iman Mazari and Hadi Ali Chatha, the court wrote a letter to appoint State Counsel for Iman Mazari.
A letter was written by Additional District and Sessions Judge Muhammad Afzal Majuka on behalf of Hadi Ali Chatta, who is already appointed as State Council of Kefayatullah Wazir.
The court ordered to cross-examine the witnesses in the next hearing of the case, today the statements of 4 witnesses were recorded in the hearing.
The court adjourned the hearing of the case till November 24. NCCIA has registered a case against Iman Mazari and Hadi Ali Chatta.
