Islamabad:
District and Sessions Courts Islamabad rejected the plea of acquittal of Hadi Ali Chatha in the controversial tweet case against Iman Mazari and Hadi Ali Chatha.
Additional District and Sessions Judge Muhammad Afzal Majuka issued the orders while pronouncing a reserved judgment on Hadi Ali Chhata’s plea of acquittal.
The controversial tweet case against prominent lawyers Iman Mazari and Hadi Ali Chatha has entered the final stage and the State Council has completed cross-examination of all prosecution witnesses.
The court directed the State Council to provide the question paper of 342 and Judge Afzal Majuka asked the State Council that they are giving you the question paper and you should submit the answer, if the accused do not answer then you have to answer.
The court adjourned the hearing of Iman Mazari and Hadi Ali Chatha controversial tweet case till December 4 while directing the prosecution to submit question paper 342 on December 4.
