Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ali Amin Gandapur has claimed that the life of founder PTI Imran Khan is in serious danger in Adiala, a petition has been filed for his release.
Talking to media outside the Islamabad High Court, Ali Amin Gundapur said that the founder PTI is the leader of the Muslim Ummah and hope we will get justice.
He said that the courts have always been requested to take action against those who do not obey the courts, there is no law in the country. The doors we have for justice are knocking.
Ali Amin said that attending the National Security Summit is possible only after meeting with PTI, Imran Khan is our leader and he has to meet in Adiala to seek instructions.
The Chief Minister said that PTI has always raised his voice over Modi’s atrocities and Modi also knows that Imran Khan is in Adiala jail. Anyone like Modi can be expected.
Later, the Chief Minister KP filed a petition for the release of the founder PTI. Ali Amin Gundapur has made biometric certification for filing a petition in the Islamabad High Court.
Ali Amin Gandapur filed a petition through Latif Khosa and Shahbaz Khosa. The petition has requested the release of the founder PTI on payroll.
According to the petition, Pakistan is facing aggression by the Indian government and the life of the founder PTI is in jail due to drone strikes in different cities. Modi can also see Central Jail Adiala as an important target for drone strikes.
Ali Amin took the stand on the request that his basic rights are being affected by prolonged imprisonment in politically made cases, the constitution is released on payroll to avoid such imprisonment.
According to the petitioner, there is also a risk of deteriorating health from long imprisonment, Secretary Home Department Punjab has applied for this but many action has been taken.
