Speaking at the opening ceremony, President Arts Council Muhammad Ahmad Shah said that Josh Sahib was a revolutionary man, he worked beyond language, religion, color and caste. We have to remove the factor of differentiation from our mind. There is a big difference between changing and breaking. If you don’t know how to straighten the shoes of your scholars, your feet will also be crooked.
He said that very soon we will build a university of civilization and culture, this is the pulse center. We are choosing places for our cultural survival and Awan-e-Josh is also a part of it. Sachal Sarmast was the best Urdu poet in Sindh three hundred years ago.
He said that there are many people who spread hatred, we have to come together and end it, our work is our declaration.
He said that the institution of Awan-e-Josh will run and not run. Writers and poets should also make a plan for its development so that people can benefit from Awan-i-Josh. Josh Sahib has not found a place in literature but his work is in front of you, picking up a single line of Josh Sahib will break your back.
He said that when the time of election was near and in the Urdu conference, I would remove my elders from the stage, people would say that these people will win them. Today’s youth have to play their role to advance the cultural chain.
Renowned poet Fatima Hasan said that passion does great things, one was the passion of Iqbal Haider and one is the genius of Ahmed Shah. If consciousness is also included in it, it becomes even better. It’s great to have all the people here.

Poet Adeel Zaidi said that Ahmed Shah’s health was so bad, but he did not break his relationship with work. We want students to come to it, to have theatres, they should know about art and culture. He brought together the artists of 44 countries in one place, the library in Awan-e-Josh has been named “Yadaon ki Barat” while two halls named “Aktara Hall” and “Harf wa Hakait” are also part of Awan-e-Josh.
