
India’s Got Latent Raina was issued a new summons on Monday by Maharashtra Cyber Cell to Raina, who was caught in controversies over pornographic comments on the show. SAIL has ordered Raina to appear on March 19 for questioning.
Raina was sent summons on Monday to record his statement from Maharashtra Cyber, but Raina did not attend time.

In the case, Maharashtra Cyber Cell sent a new summons to Raina and called on 19 March to record his statement. Earlier, the cyber cell sent summons to Raina and asked Raina to appear on February 18, but Raina did not appear before him, after which time was sent to Raina.
Let me tell you that after the pornographic comment from YouTuber-Podcaster Ranveer Allahabadia in the show ‘India’s Got latent’, Raina removed all the episodes of the show from YouTube. The Supreme Court has refused to broadcast any show on YouTube or other platforms until the next notice to the podcaster and its colleagues.
Ashish Chanchalani and Ranveer Allahabadia have also been questioned
Meanwhile, Ranveer has apologized twice on social media. The YouTuber-Podcaster Ranveer Allahabadia appeared before the Assam Police in Guwahati on 7 March using abusive language. The Guwahati Crime Branch questioned another YouTuber Ashish Chanchalani last week by the Guwahati Crime Branch regarding the ‘India’s Got Latent’ case. The YouTuber Crime Branch had reached the office, where he was questioned for a long time.
Guwahati Joint Commissioner of Police Ankur Jain told the media, “YouTuber Ashish Chanchalani came to the Crime Branch for inquiries. He has cooperated in the inquiry. If necessary we will call them, we are not calling them again. We are not calling them again. We have not received any response from other people associated with the investigation yet. They will be sent new summons soon.”
Supreme Court puts this condition on the podcast of Ranveer Allahabadia
The Supreme Court has allowed Ranveer Allahabadia to resume his podcast on the condition that he will maintain “standards of decency and morality”. The court clarified that Allahabadia’s show should not comment on the actions that are under consideration in the court.
Earlier on February 18, the court had stayed the arrest of Allahabadia with the condition that he would join the investigation if he was called by the investigating officers.
