Israel has claimed to have killed nine ‘terrorists’ in Hamas tunnels in the southern Gaza Strip, bringing the total number of Palestinians killed in the tunnels to 30.
According to media reports, the Israeli military said in a statement that during the operation in East Rafah, troops located 9 additional ‘terrorists’ who were eliminated in the underground terror infrastructure.
Israel claimed that so far, more than 30 terrorists trying to escape from the underground terror infrastructure in East Rafah have been killed.
Earlier, Hamas called on the mediating countries to pressure Israel to provide safe passage for the return of Palestinians and aid.
It should be noted that the ceasefire between Israel and Hamas was implemented on October 10, mediated by the United States, Egypt, Turkey and Qatar, while since then Israel has violated the ceasefire hundreds of times.
